In the same episode, Owen takes us back to 2001 and an FA Cup final against Arsenal in the Cardiff sunshine when the Liverpool No.10 created a moment he’d played out a thousand times throughout his childhood, writing his own chapter in the club’s history books and becoming a cup hero at the same time.
And that’s not all, as our final episode of the series also features Berger announcing himself to the Anfield faithful and Smicer saying goodbye in glorious fashion in Istanbul.
