Alexis Mac Allister’s stunning effort against Sheffield United has been shortlisted for the Premier League’s Goal of the Month award for April.
The midfielder struck the Reds’ second in a 3-1 victory over the Blades at Anfield, steadying himself on the edge of the area before finding the top corner of the Kop-end net with a ferocious hit.
His effort is one of eight nominated for the prize and supporters can vote for the No.10 to win here. Voting closes at 12pm BST on May 6.
