Members Ticket Sales

  1. How Many Tickets can I apply for with my Official LFC Membership?

Each supporter with a valid Full, Mighty Red, Teen Red or Light LFC Official Membership is eligible to purchase one ticket per match on the Members ticket sales throughout the season.
Please note that ticket access is not a benefit of Little Liver or International Membership. For a full list of the benefits of each Membership click here;

  1. How do I receive my Membership ticket?

As an Official LFC Member any tickets purchased on your account will automatically be uploaded onto your card for swipe access into the turnstile.

To gain entry into the stadium please bring your new white Membership card which will be activated for all 17/18 fixtures. You should receive your new Membership card by the end of June 2017. If your card has not arrived by this date, please contact Customer Services by email here, or on 0151 264 2500.

Membership Purchase and Renewal

  1. When will my 17/18 LFC Official Membership expire?

All 17/18 LFC Official Memberships will expire on 31st May 2018, regardless of when it has been purchased throughout the season.

  1. Can I change my Membership type?

We are unable to swap Membership types, however if you contact the club within the 14-day refund policy then you are able to request a refund of your Membership. To request a refund please call our customer service line on 0151 264 2500.

  1. How do I update my address?

If you are a Member, you can change your address by logging in to the Membership ‘My Account’ section on our website via the following link https://www.liverpoolfc.com/my-account/dash.

Membership Benefits

  1. How do I know what benefits I receive as an LFC Official Member / Season Ticket Holder?

To find out all the amazing benefits you receive as an LFC Official Member/Season Ticket Holder, please login to the Members Area here; https://members.liverpoolfc.com/

You will then be able to click on ‘My Benefits’ and this will detail all the benefits you are entitled to and how to access these.

  1. How do I enter into competitions on the Members Area?

All current competitions will be advertised on the Members Area in the ‘Competitions and Offers’ section.

Every month new competitions will be announced so make sure you are regularly checking in, to ensure that you don’t miss out!

  1. How does my child become a match day mascot?

To have the once in a lifetime opportunity of becoming a Match Day Mascot, Mighty Red Membership must be purchased. Mascots are selected at random from the current list of Mighty Red Members along with Charity Requests we receive into the Club who are advised via email and letter.   1. How do I access my LFCTV Go Voucher?

Your LFCTVGO voucher can be found in the online Members Area  http://members.liverpoolfc.com/ in the 'My Account' section.

  1. How do I get my Retail Discount?

To qualify for the Membership discount, you must be a current Official LFC Member / Season Ticket Holder. To read more please see our Membership Page >>. Customers need to have created an account with the Online Store for their discount to be applied.


Please ensure your ForenameSurname and Date of Birth are entered exactly as they are on your LFC Membership / Season Ticket. If you wish to check these please go to the Membership My Account section >>
If these are correct then your discount will be automatically applied. To get the discount you need to enter and apply your Membership Number at the Secure Checkout page.

 

If you need to amend your details on your retail account, or if your discount is not being applied, please follow the below instructions:
1) Click on My Account or Account Dashboard’.
2) Under Account Information Click 'EDIT.
3) Under Edit MY LFC details, Click 'please go to MyLFC' and ensure all your personal details exactly match your Membership / Season Ticket account.

The discount will not be awarded post order if you have not entered the information correctly. The discount cannot be passed between different accounts and the discount is applicable to the Membership account holder only.

Please note that the Membership / Season Ticket discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount as per the Membership Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. How do I access my Stadium Tour and Museum Discount?

Your Stadium and Tour discount code can be found in the online Members Area  http://members.liverpoolfc.com/ in the 'My Account' section.

If you would like to make a booking, please call 0151 260 6677.

Membership Card and Pack

  1. Lost / Stolen / Replacement Membership / Season Ticket Card

To request a replacement Membership / Season Ticket card, please call our customer service team on 0151 264 2500.

Please note that there is an administration charge of £10 for a reprint and only one duplicate Members Card will be issued in any one season.

If your Membership Card / Season Ticket has been stolen, please provide a Crime Reference Number and we will issue a Membership Card reprint free of charge.

  1. I haven’t received my Membership welcome pack / card yet. What Should I do?

To track the status of your Membership pack click here and enter your Membership number. It can take up to 72 hours after purchase for your pack status to show.
If your Membership pack does not arrive within 7 working days of the indicated dispatch date (28 days for International Members), please contact Customer Services on 0151 264 2500 or click here to email.
Please note that new LFC Official Membership Cards for the 2017/18 season have been issued and you should receive your new Membership card by the end of June 2017. If your card has not arrived by this date, please call customer services on 0151 264 2500.
