The young Reds have beaten Swindon Town, Histon and Leeds United to earn the right to face the young Tigers.
Academy boss Billy Russell is in charge of the young Tigers and they beat Leicester City 3-1 after extra-time to earn the right to take on Liverpool.
So far Hull have knocked out Swansea City - conquerors of Liverpool last season in the third round and saw off Northampton Town in the fourth round.
Admission prices at the KC Stadium are £5 for adults and £1 concessions.
