Terms and Conditions - Valentines Promotion
  1. Prize draw only valid on bookings for Valentines Night (14/02/13).
  2. Prize draw to be drawn at random on 14/02/13. 
  3. Prize draw consists of 2 x LFC signed shirts, two pairs of tickets (general admission) to LFC vs Chelsea on Saturday 20th April (KO 15.00), 2 x £50 vouchers off food and drink at The Boot Room Sports Cafe. These will be divided equally between each restaurant (Anfield and Cheshire Oaks). 
  4. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs such as travel arrangements, accommodation, parking, etc incurred on redemption of the prize. 
  5. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any date changes which result in the prize winner not being able to claim their prize. 
  6. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
  8. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
  9. Prize draw to take place on 14/02/13. Winner will be notified in person or via email or post by 22/02/13. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  10. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.  The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 
  13. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  14. This competition shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.  The Promoter of this competition is Liverpool Football Club & Athletic Grounds Ltd, Anfield Road, Liverpool L4 OTH.  Company Registration n.35668, England.
