The sole controller of The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (“LFC”) is Fenway Sports Group, LLC (“FSG”), through certain wholly owned/controlled subsidiaries, which is exclusively managed by John Henry, Tom Werner and Michael Gordon. The economic interest in FSG is held by a range of investors; the only investors holding more than a 10% interest are John Henry and RB Rouge Aggregator LP

*For the avoidance of doubt, no single legal person who holds an interest in RB Rouge Aggregator LP holds, either directly or indirectly, a beneficial (economic) interest of more than 10% in LFC.
